GENE GOETZ
|
Prior to forming Paladin, Gene served as director of human
resources and member of
senior management for a bank, corporate director of
personnel for a national alternative
energy firm, founder/administrator of a management training
center for state government,
planning director for an east coast United Way and as a
member of management for a
midwestern consulting company serving clients in the U.S.
and Canada. He has also been
a professor of human resources, Webster University graduate
program, teaching
organizational development and training and development, has
been a guest lecturer at
several major universities and keynote speaker for numerous
conferences. He has a BA in
sociology and psychology from New Mexico State University,
an M.S.W. in community
organization from the University of Washington, Seattle, and
has studied at Washington
University Law School, St. Louis, and at the Pacific Coast
School of Banking,
University of Washington, Seattle.
Gene specializes in structuring effective organizations,
reinvigorating corporate
cultures and managing strategic growth. |
